Skeaghanore Smoked Duck Breast Salad

  1. 1 smoked duck breast.
  2. 1 packet of salad.
  3. 1 beetroot – Thinly sliced.
  4. 1 handful of pomegranate seeds.
  5. Balsamic/ olive oil dressing.


    Place the beetroot, pomegranate and salad leaves in a bowl and toss lightly with the balsamic/olive oil dressing.
    Slice the smoked duck breast thinly.
    Place in desired plate/bowl.
    Slice the smoked duck thinly.
    Lay the smoked duck breast on top and enjoy.
