Duck Mini Fillets


Duck Mini Fillets (Raw)

  1. Remove the fillets from their packaging.
  2. Heat a frying pan on a high heat.
  3. Add 2 tsp of olive oil, once the oil is hot quickly fry the mini fillets until brown on all sides.
  4. This would take 1 to 2 minutes, drain and serve.
  5. You can easily marinate the mini fillets with sweet chilli/ soy/ barbeque sauce.
  6. These are perfect for the barbeque.

Duck Nibbles (cooked)


    Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350°F
    Place on a tray and cook for 20 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350°F

    With Fryer

    Heat the deep fat fryer
    Fry until hot all the way through and crispy.

    place the nibbles in and heat until hot all the way through.
    Drain any excess fat and serve.
