Confit of Duck Leg


Confit of Duck Leg (Cooked)

  1. Preheat over to 180°C/ 350°F/Gas 4.
  2. Remove the legs from the packaging.
  3. Place in a Pyrex dish, in the preheated oven for 20 minutes ensure the product hot all the way through.
  4. If you prefer crispy skin, cook for a further 10 minutes.
  5. Once hot, serve immediately with any sides you find delicious .

           Cold confit is perfect for salads, sandwiches and wraps
