Glazed/BBQ Duck Wings

 
Perfect for those sunny evenings, beautiful unique taste and simple to cook using the oven or on the BBQ

Glazed/BBQ Duck Wings

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°.
  2. Place 100grams of duck fat per 8 wings in a Pyrex dish to melt in the oven.
  3. Remove the wings from the packaging and place in the melted duck fat.
  4. Cooked in the oven for 2 hours – turning the wings twice through this time so they do not stick.
  5. Turn the oven up to 200 to give the wings a crispy finish.
  6. Once cooked remove from dish, drain and serve.
  7. Cooking time: 2 hours 30 minutes.
